Got ran through Molten Core but we couldn't do the last two bosses because we didn't have the right items, got through the first boss dragon egg eating thing of Blackwing Spire aaaaand also did most of Blackfathom Depths or whatever it's called. My lvl54 paladin is so cool ♥_♥ Still getting ready to head out~ Need to do laundry and paaaack. Which shouldn't take long at all. Hopefully. I will be out of this house by 12! YCON WAS PRETTY AWESOME Full of MAKE IT RAIN~!, THANK YOU, COME AGAIN! and longest fangirl moment over PROFESSAH~ But also was the second time I ever participated in a Con panel... "Gundam: Gay since '79" Do you dig skintight flight suits and giant cockpits? Young soldiers becoming men on the battle field and the sea of stars? Giant Robots? Then join us for a lighthearted look at homosexual undertones and fandoms of the pioneering Gundam franchise from original TV series to most recent revivals. It doesn't matter if you can recite the Rise Zeon speech verbatim or a Wing boy was your first, there's something more in the franchise for new and old fans of every type! (or newtype) Super sexy thanks to ayonoi for setting this up and donating prizes and eve_il for being a helpful bro. Also mirai_noah for the pre-panel spazztimes and letting me read Girls Guide to Gundam which totally gave me more ideas for next year.. hohum~~~ To begin with, i'd worked on this panel for weeks but only on paper >_> I was working on the powerpoint and the game portion afterwards all the way up till 30min RIGHT BEFORE THE PANEL aiyaaa! To make matters worse, we had a record high of technical difficulties!!! Vista, apparently, is not conducive to Ycon. But the room was packed, the audience was great and had a lot of laughs, and I definitely want to do it again with more mechs, more sex, more lolz, and maybe some lesbians (there were a handful of guys in the room, afterall. which i ttly didn't expect?! BUT THEN AGAIN IT'S A GUNDAM PANEL). What kind of made me laugh was the fact that it was the same guy who ID'd all the underwear screenshots. Don't have any pics or vid of the game part, but eve_il got some clips of the lecture part XD; warning: the panel is more jokes and lolz than actual lecture to the franchise.... it's got a gratuitous amount of personal musings and delicious fanart too XD; and I ttly should molest the RX-78 slide more, next year. VIDS BELOW! ( I tagged it so it comes up under 'Gundam Gay' search on youtube... ) I realize I didn't say how awesome the Hetalia Day gathering at Griffith park was, 2 weeks ago. I'm still processing photos from that weekend while prepping for PMX hoolly shiitt lol.
